Overview
Our client, a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions, is looking for a
Payment Network Support Specialist to support network operational processes within a fast-paced
payments environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and the capacity to work with multiple
data sources while supporting time-sensitive operational requirements. The ideal candidate is highly
organised, proactive in resolving discrepancies, and able to work accurately in a data-driven
environment.


Responsibilities include:
  • Support network onboarding processes and rollouts
  • Compile and maintain accurate network and biller-related information
  • Validate and reconcile fee schedules against active, dormant, and pending network configurations
  • Cross-reference data across internal systems such as Portal and MINT, as well as external fee sheets
  • Manage relevant portals and inboxes and ensure compliance with onboarding and documentation requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams regarding network onboarding and biller activations
  • Coordinate biller and merchant activation, deactivation, and configuration changes across networks
  • Escalate operational issues or discrepancies where necessary
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of network related data across systems
  • All other tasks related to the role

Minimum requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar customer support, operational, or data-focused role
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables and working across multiple datasets
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry with a focus on the payments industry is highly advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
  • Fluent in English. Any additional language will be seen as beneficial
