Role Overview
In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping to developing and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption of the new Savings and Income proposition, and engagement for our suite of Savings, Income, and Retirement products. You will partner with product, distribution, and digital teams to deliver impactful campaigns that simplify financial concepts, engage advisers and encourage customers to take action.

You will partner with product, distribution, and digital teams to deliver impactful campaigns that simplify financial concepts, engage advisers and encourage customers to take action.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing strategy and campaigns:
- Help develop and implement marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and uptake of the savings and Income solutions.
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning: insight or research gathering, creative concepting, messaging, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Partner with product teams and actuaries to translate complex product features into customer and adviser friendly value propositions.
- Support major initiatives (e.g., education savings campaigns, retirement savings campaigns, and transition to new platform).
Product positioning and content:
- Write and develop compelling product narratives, messaging, and marketing materials to aid and empower advisers.
- Deliver clear, engaging customer communications across for email templates, social media, websites, and other channels.
- Contribute to the development of customer-facing tools and calculators to simplify decision-making for customers and support adviser conversations.
- Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, distribution teams, digital, brand, and agencies to align marketing with business goals.
- Serve as a trusted marketing partner for adviser communication initiatives.
- Present marketing plans, updates, and performance insights to stakeholders.

- Track, measure, and report on campaign engagement and metrics on the tool microsites.
- Stay on top of market, competitor, and consumer trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience in marketing, product marketing, or financial services marketing (if not, some knowledge in financial services).
- Strong writing skills and ability to translate complex financial concepts into customer-friendly messaging.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and reporting.
- Digital design skills and PowerPoint skills are a big advantage
